These books were written with single Christian women in mind! Whether you’re single, dating, or engaged these books will encourage you in this season.
1. Single, Dating, Engaged, Married by Ben Stuart
This book is a MUST-READ for single Christian women and women in every type of relationship status. We love how Ben Stuart (Passion City Church) encourages you in every season of relationships. If you’ve wanted to know how to navigate each season from single, dating, engagement, and marriage to the Glory of God this book is for you.
As single Christian women, it is pivotal that we are using each season to honor God and also prepare us for the next one. You do not have to go through this book as you go through each season and we recommend you read it all the way through whichever stage you’re in!
2. Captivating by John & Stasi Eldredge
This book by the Eldredge couple helps women understand how down to their core God designed them in His image and as His image-bearers we reveal different aspects of His character than men do. This book is enlightening if you’ve ever wanted to understand more about why God designed you just the way you are.
3. The Chase by Kyle & Kelsey Kupecky
Such a great read for single Christian women on trusting Him with your “happily ever after”. This book by Kyle and Kelsey Kupecky is an encouraging book to help you as you wait for your story to play out. In each chapter, the couple takes turns sharing their story and the secrets to a Godly relationship. Together they take you on a journey to protect your heart, deal with loneliness, and peer pressures around purity.
4. Love Languages by Gary Chapman
This list would be amiss if we did not add THE book on learning not only what your love language is (how you receive and express love) but also this is a powerful tool to help you in every relationship – not just marriage.
5. Kisses from Katie by Katie Davis
This might be a surprising pick for a worth-it read for single Christians but trust us, once you read Katie’s impactful story of how she committed to the Lord’s calling as a single woman. This book is inspiring and will encourage you to make the most of your now – whatever your relationship status is!
